I call to cancel membership, I have been given the run around, spoke to four reps. and transfer to to two different depts. I have spend 1 hour on the phone with four different reps and my issue hasn't been resolved, Rep refuse to transfer to Supervisor. Jashua use scare tactics like if I don't commit to my four month, I will be send to collection.

Trying to cancel has been a painful and teadious process. Their consumer service practices of making contract changes and having surprise charge is illegal.

No e-mail is send to confirm accepted ammend to contract. Don't do business with SMC.
